Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix in the Greek yoghurt and egg until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for a few minutes on a floured surface.
  • Divide the dough into four equal parts.
  • Form each portion into a ball, then poke a hole in the centre with your finger.
  • Sprinkle the poppy and sesame seeds over the bagels and gently press to adhere.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bagels on it.
  • 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • While the bagels bake, make the cream cheese by combining the cream cheese and raspberry jam.
  • Allow the bagels to cool for a few minutes before spreading the cream cheese mixture on top.
