Bacon, Tomato and Lettuce on a Sesame Seed Bagel Recipe

This sandwich combines crispy bacon, juicy tomato, and fresh lettuce, all on a delicious sesame seed bagel. Ideal for breakfast, lunch or a quick dinner.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
  • Total Time: 25 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 8 minutes.
  • Remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels.
  • 5 minutes in the oven, toast the sesame seed bagels.
  • Place 2 lettuce leaves on each bottom bagel half to make the sandwiches.
  • Add 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of bacon to each sandwich.
  • Place the remaining bagel halves on top.
  • Serve right away.
