Salmon, Cream Cheese and Egg Bagel with Arugula and Spinach Recipe

This delectable bagel sandwich is ideal for breakfast or lunch. The classic combination of smoked salmon, cream cheese and a fried egg is enhanced by the addition of arugula and spinach.

Ingredients

Time Needed

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
  • Total Time: 15 minutes

Instructions

  • Toast the bagel by slicing it in half.
  • On each half of the bagel, spread cream cheese.
  • On one half of the bagel, spread the smoked salmon.
  • Fry the egg until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny in a pan.
  • Place the smoked salmon on top of the fried egg.
  • Garnish with arugula and spinach.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Place the remaining half of the bagel on top of the greens.
  • Serve and have fun.
