Baked Breakfast Bagels with Sesame Seeds Recipe

These baked breakfast bagels are a tasty and quick way to start the day. The sesame seeds give the dish a nice crunch and nutty flavor. For the ideal breakfast, serve with a cup of coffee or tea.

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 20 minutes
  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the bagels on a baking sheet and cut them in half.
  • Butter the insides of each bagel half.
  • On one half of each bagel, place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
  • In each of the remaining bagel halves, crack an egg.
  • Sesame seeds should be sprinkled on top of each egg.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
