Sourdough Everything Bagels Recipe
These chewy, flavorful sourdough everything bagels are ideal for breakfast or brunch. - Combine the sourdough starter, bread flour, salt, honey, and 1/4 cup everything bagel seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine thoroughly.
- Pour in the warm water and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
- Cover the bowl with a damp towel and place it in a warm place to rise for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).
- Divide the dough into 8-10 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel.
- Allow them to rest for 15 minutes.
- A large pot of water should be brought to a boil.
- When the water begins to boil, carefully place the bagels in the pot and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper after removing them from the pot.

- Bake the bagels for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown, in a preheated oven.
